I love photographing older kiddos because they’ve just got such personality and they say the funniest things. These two are hilarious in that they have the typical big sister/lil brother relationship. One minute they’re driving each other crazy and the next minute they’re so sweet. And of course there was lots of wrestling during our photo shoot. So fun!

Sofia & Juliet ~ Palace of Fine Arts
Can I just start off by saying that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Casey’s outfit color scheme for the family?! If I could get my own daughter in anything other than Hello Kitty and pink, I would choose outfits like these. Secondly, could her daughters be more adorable?!? Nope. That about sums it up. Love these little girls!
Blaise, Victoria & Vivian ~ The Presidio
It’s always a party with this fun bunch! I photographed Baby Vivian when she was only a few weeks old and it’s been such a pleasure to watch these kiddos grow in the past year. And look at all those cheeky smiles they gave me- adorable!
Josie ~ The Presidio
Josie is such a big girl now, she even dressed herself for her family photo shoot and she made sure her little doll was in the photos with her. I love this path in the Presidio as it’s such a gorgeous backdrop. You don’t even feel like you’re in an urban environment with the Presidio as your backyard.
Pierce & Rhys ~ Palace of Fine Arts
What do you do when a dear friend moves to Seattle? Drag them back to San Francisco for a family photo shoot! I love how I remind Tracy that it will be a chilly San Francisco morning the day of our shoot and she laughs and explains to me that San Franciscans don’t know what chilly is until they’ve been to Seattle in the Fall/Winter. LOL
Welcome, Cruz!
It was such a pleasure to meet Rocket, Cruz and their parents. Although it was a chilly morning, we ventured out to Aquatic Park and their rooftop deck for a few quick pics in between our adorable newborn portraits. Cruz was an absolute doll and let me photograph him as much as I like. It was such a fun morning! I can’t wait to watch how Rocket and Cruz grow up together and build that brotherly bond.
Maddie & Evie ~ Presidio
This family is so near and dear to my heart. I’ve known them since Maddie was five weeks old and I truly feel like they are an extension of my own family. I love watching these girls grow up together and become closer each day. I can only hope my own daughter has such a strong bond with her own sibling one day.
Kate & Lucas ~ Palace of Fine Arts
I can confidently say that I’ve never met a 5-month-old who smiles more than Lucas. As he cruised up in his ride (stroller), he was all smiles and they just kept coming throughout our photo shoot. And Kate is just an absolute sweetheart. I loved photographing this family and it just melts my heart to see siblings who are so loving towards each other.
Dylan + Alexander ~ Palace of Fine Arts
Beautiful weather and two handsome little guys. What a treat for me to photograph brothers, Dylan and Alexander. I photographed Alex when he was only a few weeks old and can’t believe not only how much he’s grown but what a sweet personality he has for such a little guy. Adorable! And Dylan is always a blast to photograph. He’s such a cutie and I love watching him play with his lil’ brother. Sweet siblings. LOVE!
Sweet Little Clara ~ Presidio
This is the first time I met Clara and she is just a sweet little peanut. Even a cold did not keep her from having fun in the Presidio with Mommy and sharing her smiles with us. The best was watching her reaction to a video of herself. She was just amazed by it and smiled ear-to-ear. So cute! Happy 1st birthday, dear Clara!
